Pro-Pet Recalls Select Dog and Cat Food Due to Possible Salmonella

RecallPro-Pet LLC of St. Marys, Ohio, joins the list of companies to voluntarily recall some dry dog and cat food due to possible Salmonella contamination.

According to the FDA, the discovery was made during a field test and involves a single production line manufactured during a two-day timeframe.

The products were distributed through retailers and online in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and West Virginia.
